Connecting the Samsung experience at every touchpoint within an ecosystem of products, ranging from phones to refrigerators.
To entice users to engage more readily and to streamline the product buying + maintenance experience, we leveraged the use of product customization during the anticipatory period and created new points of engagement, like personal pages, to recieve product recommendations and to create contextual buy points within the Samsung experience.
We also reorganized the structure of their .com experience to allow users to shop more readily for products that spoke to their unique personal needs.
